You don’t really know how much you love or need something until you lose it. In these straitened times, we can all relate to that. Rather than focus emotional energy on the distress of losing something, we can choose to appreciate and be grateful for what we still have. That will not be easy for everyone. When you reduce the trappings of your outside world, what you are left with is your inner world. Make that something you are grateful for every day, and all else will fall into place.
