A workshop takes you a step further into understanding the reasons why decisions come with emotional consequences, how the things we consider to be important to us (our values) influence our expectations, and how to manage our emotions when these values are left unsatisfied or violated.
Workshops are usually either half-day or full-day events and are more interactive, involving individual and small-group exercises. General topics include:
- Emotional intelligence
- Communicating effectively
- Stress and resilience
- Planning and dealing with setbacks
The S3 Self-Improvement Programme
This is a programme of three 90-minute-long workshops, designed to be delivered to groups of up to 30 delegates in their own workplace. It covers the three stages of improving individual performance:
- gaining self-control: managing one’s emotions
- building self-confidence: daring to take the first small step
- developing self-efficacy: bolstering self-belief in a supportive environment
Intended to be a short-and-sharp delivery that maximises delegate attention and learning capacity, whilst creating the least disruption to business operations, the programme comes complete with a 16-page foldaway aide memoire workshop booklet for each delegate to work with both during, after and inbetween sessions. For more information, please get in touch using the methods on the Contact page.
